Your child will participate in fun, coach-led group classes designed to build a strong foundation in movement, coordination, and confidence.
Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday 9:45-10:30 am. There will be no class the week of June 30 - July 2.
Our program focuses on developing:
Movement & Coordination: helps kids learn how to run, jump, climb, and move their bodies with confidence.
Strength Development: builds age-appropriate strength using bodyweight and light external loads.
Endurance & Fitness: improves overall fitness through fun, engaging activities and workouts.
Confidence & Discipline: teaches kids how to listen, learn, and succeed in a structured environment.
Fun & Play: keeps kids engaged through games and challenges that make fitness something they enjoy.
Every class is designed to meet kids at their level while helping them improve week after week. There is no pressure—just encouragement, structure, and progress.
Our goal is to create a positive environment where kids can develop healthy habits, build confidence, and have fun being active.
Classes are coach-led, structured, and typically 45–60 minutes in duration:
A certified coach will guide your child through a warm-up, followed by skill development and a workout or game. Coaches are actively engaged throughout the entire class to ensure safety, proper movement, and a positive experience for every child.
No fitness experience needed.
If your child is ready to move, we’re ready to coach them.
