CFA LEGENDS (55+) CLASSES
You’ll be participating in small group classes designed specifically for
adults 55+ who want to build strength, improve mobility, and maintain
independence for life.
Our approach focuses on the key areas that matter most as we age:
Strength Training: helps maintain and build muscle, improve bone
density, and support everyday movements like standing, carrying, and lifting.
Mobility & Balance: improves joint health, flexibility, and stability to
reduce the risk of falls and keep you moving confidently.
Cardiovascular Health: supports heart health and endurance so daily
activities feel easier and less taxing.
Functional Movement: focuses on real-life movements to help you stay
independent, active, and capable outside the gym.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Every workout is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Movements,
weights, and intensity are all adjusted to your individual ability and comfort
level. Whether you are brand new to exercise or have years of experience, you
will be guided every step of the way.
Our goal is not to push you to exhaustion, but to help you move better, feel
stronger, and build confidence in your body.
Each class is coach-led, roughly 45 minutes in duration, and follows a simple,
structured format:
A certified coach will guide you through a gentle warm-up, followed by clear
instruction and demonstration of each movement. Throughout the class, your
coach will be right there to support you, ensure proper technique, and make
any adjustments needed to keep you safe and progressing.
PREREQUISITES
No fitness experience is needed.
