Teens will participate in structured group classes designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and develop confidence both in and out of the gym.
This program focuses on:
Strength Training: teaches proper technique to safely build strength and muscle.
Conditioning: improves endurance, speed, and overall fitness.
Movement Mechanics: develops proper form and body awareness to prevent injury and improve performance.
Athletic Development: supports teens involved in sports or looking to gain a competitive edge.
Confidence & Accountability: helps teens build discipline, consistency, and self-confidence.
Workouts are tailored to the individual, whether your teen is new to fitness or already active in sports.
We focus on proper technique first, then gradually increase intensity as they build confidence and capacity.
Classes are coach-led, structured, and typically 60 minutes in duration:
A certified coach will guide athletes through a warm-up, followed by strength or skill work, and then a workout. Coaches are hands-on throughout the class, providing instruction, feedback, and encouragement every step of the way.
No fitness experience needed.
